Chest training in 30 minutes.

arnold-chestToday we continue our course of 30 minutes training for those who are very busy.

If to train correct 30 minutes will be enough to make a difference in your chest . MusclesProd.Com will teach you how to train correct, a training which will bring results.

Start training by warming up your muscles with light weight.

Main exercise for mass is Bench Press. So we will begin with it.

First set put 70% of your max and do 12-15 reps. Then follows sets with 80%,90% and 100% for 10-8 and 6 reps.

Second exercise is Incline Bench Press. 3 sets of 12-8 reps will be enough.

As a third exercise we will do Dumbell Fly in 3-4 sets of 12 reps each.

If you still have some time at the end do 1 exercise for your abs.

Each set must be done with high concentration and dedication and results will not make you wait.


Bench Press: 4×15,12,10,8

Incline Bench Press: 3×15,12,10

Dumbell Fly: 3×12
