Do not change the protein/fat throughout the whole diet, only carbs will change, Its based on a slow gradual decrease in carbs over 12-15wks. Hey huge guys, its time to get some great pumping and hard look before competition or before summer and beach season. Today I will present you training routine which I use last month prior competition to get that separation, hard look and extreme pumping.
