Congratulations to Joe DeRousie, overall men’s bodybuilder winner of the 2010 NPC Emerald Cup. Joe looked incredible. At last year’s contest, in the Heavyweight division, Joe was second to his good friend, Roger Baker, who went on to win the overall. This year, Joe rocked the house, and received a huge response.

The 2010 Europa Show of Champions in Orlando, Florida on April 17-18 brought as a whole new slew of competitors which are now qualified to compete in the 2010 Olympia (Top three in each contest). Congratulations to the winners. Here are the results.

2011 Flex Pro Bodybuilding and Figure Championships
With the loss of the 2010 Ironman Pro, there will be no IFBB men’s pro bodybuilding in Southern California this year.
