Do you squat hard enough?

By MusclesProd

Each one of us want to look great and have beautiful physique from top to bottom. But not everyone want to work hard for this. However this is the only way to get muscles and progress. You must work harder and harder with each workout. For today I have prepared a video where Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ed Corney are doing squats. Look how hard they work until failure. That is a good example and motivation. Watch this video a few times then go to gym and squat until you fall down, your legs will burn for a week but progress will be more. Good luck and train hard!

  1. You are right man, that is good motivation. Squat and you will get results. I tried and it works.

  2. Very inpirational, well known fact that squats, dead lift or routines that work the largest muscle groups actively encourage greater muscle growth throughout the body. However, I do get a liitle peeved at the macho shite about being a real man etc…if you don’t squat this…if you don’t dead lift that….typical guys who walk arounf looking like they’ve indeed shat themselves. Probly only started the body building as they had massive hang ups about confidence and the old sand in face syndrome. However, I do it purely for myself and pride…I enjoy being fit and trying to look good. I don’t strut arounf like a Peacock, and sniff at those not doing what we think they should be doing in the gym. I try and encourage others, help them with lifts and techniques….if they don’t want to squat..fine…you can only try and help…one day they might…. You could say the same for those who just bang in chest and arms…they forget other minor body parts….so guys…enuff of the macho shite…encourage… and just cause you squat don’t make you a man or body builder to that end….there are many other attributes needed…diet etc…motivation….who you are makes you the man….and how you treat others…sermon over….enjoy!!!!
