Body Weight Exercises. Burn out Set. Every other Week.

Body Weight ExercisesWhen adding in Body weight exercises to burn your muscles out, you should do this at the end of a workout to supplement your training.   Naturally every other week will be fine, if you are using anabolic steroids then you can do this every day.

Depending on each muscle group you can pick a exercise or 2 to add to the end of your workout.

Chest day – Add in Triangle, military’s and regular pushups, do each until exhaustion, and follow one by the other do not stop.   Another Exercise you could had in is Dips.

Leg day –  Add in 100 to 200 squats.  Also will work glute muscle.

Back day –  Pull ups, wide arm, and close grip pulls ups 2 sets each to exhaustion.   Helps with back and chest.

Shoulders – Even though its not Body Weight exercises, using 1o or 20lb dumbells, hold them straight out to the side lateral and don’t drop, until you have to of course.

Arms – 20lb dumbells and curl until you can not curl anymore.

These are all great ways to add a burnout session to your workout.
