Here is a favorite Bulk Meal plans amongst many. When Bulking on Anabolic Steroids, you may take in a large amount of calories, actually you should no this before even getting into weight lifting. If you want to get big yes you have to train, but you need to eat alot more then usual. The average male takes in about 1500 to 1800 calories a day. When Bulking you want to be taking in 2000, to 3000 calories a day depending on where you are when starting weight training. The average 200 to 220lb should be consuming over 2000 calories if you are not you are probley maintaining and or just loosing size. So here is is a few meal plans you should try to follow. Make them your own.
Sample Bulk Meal Plans 1.
Meal 1 Egg White Omlet. with 1 Cup Oatmeal.
Meal 2 Protein shake with 2 scoops of protein powder. Can of Tuna.
Meal 3 Protein Bar, Chicken Breast, 1 cup of Egg whites, along with glass of milk.
Meal 4 large Banna Peanut butter on wheat Bread. Along with a cup of nuts.
Meal 5. 2 Chicken breast, 3 cups of brown rice, Sweet Potato. and Protein shake.
Meal 6. Dessert of your choosing.
Before bed Large Protein shake 3 scoops of whey protein powder.
No Cardio. You will want to take in a protein shake after you workout as well. EAT EAT EAT. Workouts should be long and stressful. If you are bulking and working out heavy, you will burn off a lot of what you are taking in, and a lot will go to muscle not fat. After your done bulking you will want to get back to that cut diet. If you are taking a steroid, or steroids cycles this will helping an extreme amount. When taking steroids you have to feed them, that is why they work so good. If you are not growing add an extra meal or two, try to add atleast 500 more calories if you are not growing.
