Cardio and physical exercises benefits.

Today when I was doing my cardio in the morning on empty stomach I was thinking how good our world would be if each one would practice physical exercises. Why? Because if every one is healthy and feel good then there are less causes to make bad things to others. There would be less nervous drivers, less nervous teachers, less conflicts because of small and not important things, less envy on others and the list can continue. I want to underline the fact that if a man is healthy and his mind is in positive thinking than he will have this positive influence on others and the opposite, if he has bad attitude he will awake this in others too.

As I was on my 10 minute of jogging I started to create a list in my mind of some of the most common benefits of exercise:

>>Reduced stress
>>Increased stamina
>>Increased feelings of well being and improved health
>>Weight loss
>>Improved muscle tone and physical appearance
>>Increased self-esteem and sense of accomplishment
>>Improved sleep · Improved performance at work
>>Improved attitudes and disposition

This list is does not cover all benefits of exercising but if at least 50% of the population would benefit by this, believe we would live in other world.

You can benefit by all these things for free, all you have to do is just take the decision and act. I am a happy man as I already took the decision.

Imagine the world where everyone is good looking, healthy and positive…
