Dickerson was born to Mahala Ashley Dickerson as the youngest of three triplets. Dickerson studied music and is an accomplished opera singer. His bodybuilding career spanned thirty years. He was known for both his heavily muscled, symmetrical physique and his skills on the posing dais.

Frank Zane (born June 28, 1942 in Kingston, Pennsylvania) is an American former professional bodybuilder and teacher.
Education
Zane received a B.S. (Bachelor of Science degree) in Education from Wilkes University in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania in 1964. For 13 years, he taught mathematics and chemistry while living in Florida and California. Later he earned a B.A. (Bachelor of Arts degree) in psychology from Cal State LA in 1977. Finally, he was awarded a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from Cal State SB, California in 1990.

The votes are in – 12,623 of them, to be exact – and according to bodybuilding fans around the world, Jay Cutler is about to make history.
Cutler steamrolled Kai Greene in the finals of our Olympia Madness Single Elimination Tournament, garnering nearly 90 percent of the votes. If the results reflect the final placings come Saturday night, then Cutler will become the first former champ in history to come back and win the Olympia.

Less than 2 weeks to one of the greatest competition among bodybuilders – Mr.Olympia. I guess there is no competitive bodybuilder who would not like to participate at Mr.Olympia and I will not say to win This was the competition which inspired Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Colombo, Lee Haney, Lou Ferigno and inspires many today.
Nowadays bodybuilding standards are higher comparing to those years and now bodybuilders are bigger and stronger.

The Clock Is Ticking….
Like everyone else, I just did my 2-day photo and video shoot with Flex. I feel good right now. I spent the holiday weekend with my family. Because of my Olympia prep, I couldn’t stay long, but it was great to see everyone. I’m eating, sleeping, training and watching football. I’ve been a Cowboy and FSU fan forever! I’ll be seeing Joe again this weekend, and I’m beginning to get things together for my trip out to Vegas! Even though the weather in Florida is slowly cooling …
