Hey huge guys, its time to get some great pumping and hard look before competition or before summer and beach season. Today I will present you training routine which I use last month prior competition to get that separation, hard look and extreme pumping.
Each day you will work with supersets. That means you will be doing 2 exercises one after other immediately with no rest.

Jay did it and won the Mr.Olympia 2009 title. He took the “Sandow” back and now he must be very proud of himself. He did a great job. Look at these pics and I am sure that you will agree that he is the best. Look at Victor’s tiny legs, it seems like he never squats or is doing squats with with light weight. Now take a look at Jay’s legs… you see the difference.
Anyway all these guys did a great job and deserve our applause!

There’s been quite the buzz around the changes announced regarding the IFBB Pro Fitness. Now before getting your thongs in a bunch… relax. The two-minute routine rules have NOT changed and those competing in the Ft. Lauderdale Pro show on October 10th won’t need to do anything different than originally planned.
