As Dennis James says: “I usually don’t do photo shoots when I’m in my carb depleting phase since this is when I look the worst but this time it’s all a little different working with George really showed me that it is possible for me to look like I usually do a few weeks out from a show.” However each of us can agree that he looks great in this picture even he is on low carbs.

Not each IFBB Pro has a personal blog which is sad for many fans. It is very interesting to track what they are doing, what is their training like at this very moment and to know their goals and advices for newbies.

Less than 2 weeks to one of the greatest competition among bodybuilders – Mr.Olympia. I guess there is no competitive bodybuilder who would not like to participate at Mr.Olympia and I will not say to win This was the competition which inspired Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Colombo,  Lee Haney, Lou Ferigno and inspires many today.
Nowadays bodybuilding standards are higher comparing to those years and now bodybuilders are bigger and stronger.

Yes it’s exactly 3 weeks out from Friday evening prejudging where I think it will all come down to.
I am super focused and 100% certain that I will bring my best ever package to Vegas. I am real close to the contest shape I want to present this time and even with the lower carbs now I’m still thick and full as a house lol.

1 Week to go !!
This is the final week to Tampa. I feel great even with the very low carbs but I’m so excited to get back on stage and show eveybody that even for a big man it’s possible to do more than 1 show a year (it will be most likely 6 shows this year) and still improve from show to show.
I’m still in the gym every day and I will do so until I leave Phoenix for Tampa Thursday Aug. 4th.

According to Dennis James, when he steps on stage for prejudging at the 2009 Arnold Classic, he’s going to look better than he has in over half a decade.

“My prep has been going great,” he says. “I would say that this is the best prep than I’ve done so far. Even better than ’03.”
