At the three week out point now and I am in the middle of a two-day FLEX Magazine photoshoot. We did chest and triceps yesterday and it was an extremely tough workout. Back to the gym today for the leg portion of the shoot. You will be able to see the results of the shoot soon in FLEX Magazine. I am making improvements every day and will be unveiling it all at The Olympia three weeks from today.

My ultimate goal in each training session is to achieve a great pump, but I don’t do this with high reps. I do it with heavy weights in compound lifts usually for 8-12 reps. We continue series of articles for those who are busy. Today we will talk about arms training. I guess these are most trained body-parts. Most people who come to gym start with arms training as these are mostly exposed to others view.
This training may take 40 minutes. However it will make your arms “burn” and will move you to the next level.
After warming up we will start with biceps.
