		<description>If done right It works. I&#039;ve always prefered high reps to lower reps especially when It comes to Isolation movements. You can get away with lower reps when doing compound movements but still no lower than 15. This Is just my opinion and what has worked for me In the past.</description>

		<description>Does anyone believe this? Once or twice a month in the offseason and only  leg extensions squates and leg presses for very high reps. Look at them damn gams. I know she&#039;s juicen but you have to put in work to get them gams.</description>
