			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A simple diet, a very strict diet, but strict only on the foods you may consume.   You do not have to count calories or carbs.  This is a diet to help you make lean gains, and you can stay on it for aslong as you want.  But i suggest 6 weeks, then stop for a week and enjoy whatever you want, then jump back on it for a few more weeks, kind of like cycle on and off.</p>
<p>What are the Foods involved?</p>
<p>1. Chicken, grilled or boiled.</p>
<p>2. White Rice.</p>
<p>Supplements.   A protein shake before and after a workout.   And take a multivitamin every morning when you wake up.</p>
<p>This diet is going to give you energy, you will not feel tired or sick.  The great benefit to this is, it is cheap and you will grow muscle and loose fat all the time for 6 weeks or longer.  Like i said above take a break for a week or 2 then jump back on it. You may gain a lb or 2 back but it will come right off when you go back on the diet.  Everyone loves chicken and rice, mix em together with some i cant beleive its not butter and you are all set.</p>
<p>Now how many meals can you have.  I suggest measuring a cup of rice and about 70z of chicken,   If you are using chicken breast split it up for 2 meals.   You can eat as much as you want, but 70z of chicken and 1 cup of rice will fill you up fast.   Eat every 2 to 3 hours.</p>
<p>Personally i no a bodybuilder who just acheived his PRO CARD.  He does this diet year round and he looks fantastic and does not juice.

<p><strong>Reverse Hack Squats</strong> In past years football players were taught to do this exercise facing into the hack squat machine to better stimulate the legs-wide, low-to-the-ground tackling motion. You will notice right away that you have to put your feet wide, slightly angled out, and all the way at the bottom of the platform to be centered correctly. Once you get going, youâ€™ll see that your top weight on regular hack squats feels like a warm-up here. Whatâ€™s more, youâ€™ll be hitting places like the inner thighs that regular hacks do nothing for. One word of caution: Since your back isnâ€™t supported, be sure to wear a sturdy lifting belt and keep your lower back from rounding. A spotter is also recommended to help you rack the weight from this awkward position. Work up to the bigger weights over a course of weeks, always keeping the lower back tight. Donâ€™t be scared off by all the precautions. This is on kick-ass power move for the legs.</p>
<p><strong>Hamstring Hyperextensions </strong>Many people have trouble with stiff-leg deadlifts and good mornings. For those with previous lower back injuries, suing heavy weights is like skating on thin ice. Relax that lower back for a second, or go too low, and snap! Its all over but the Kleenex for your tears. Fortunately a little twist to hyperextensions makes them a perfect substitute. By simply keeping the lutes tensed, you will shift the workload from the lumbar region to your hamstrings. Best of all, you wont need to add much resistance. Even someone who can use 300 pounds for stiff-leg deadlifts will get a great workout on hamstring hypers holding an 80 or 90 pound dumbbell. If you use this exercise with leg curls, youâ€™ll have a complete hamstring workout with zero risk to your lower back.

Body Builders use this in the final week before a contest to create the appearance of a harder, denser and more impressive physiques.</p>
<p>Depriving your body of carbs and then putting the carbs back is an effective approach for two reasons. First, this procedure redistributes water in your body: Water beneath the surface of the skin is shed to reveal deeper cuts and separations. Second, as a bonus, once you load carbs, your muscles are pumped with glycogen(a sugar that is the principal form in which carbohydrates are stored in tissues) which helps to create a fuller look. Here are a few tips that will help anyone to carb deplete and load for maximum gains.</p>
<p><strong>Burn fat before depleting carbs</strong><br />
The objective of carb depletion/loading is to make your physique look lean and muscular, but do not think that manipulating carbs at the last minute will make up for not burning enough fat in the first place. The depletion and loading approach is a complete waste of time if youâ€™re not lean enough.</p>
<p><strong>Determine depletion time according to size</strong><br />
Larger bodybuilders(over 190 pounds) can store more muscle glycogen than their smaller counterparts. Its no surprise, then, that it takes longer for the big guys to deplete their bodies of stored glycogen. Typically, larger male bodybuilders should deplete carbs for four-days and load for four days; smaller men require three days to deplete and three to load. Most female bodybuilders require only tow days for depleting and two for loading.<br />
Note that, regardless of a persons size, the depleting and loading phases should be of equal duration.</p>
<p><strong>Deplete, but donâ€™t overdo it</strong><br />
Depleting on zero carbs is too sever and can result in a loss of hard-earned muscle mass. A bodybuilder who goes to extremes in carb depletion will often try to recapture lost muscle size by packing in hundreds of grams of carbs. At that point, its too late to minimize your losses.</p>
<p><strong>Cut carbs by 50% during the depletion phase</strong><br />
As you reduce carbs, muscles use up much of their glycogen reserves; your then stuck with flat-looking muscles that are sponge-like. In turn, lowered glycogen levels increase the activity of enzymes that help to form new glycogen when a greater amount of carbs are reintroduced into the body.<br />
The plan of action is as follows: If youâ€™ve been eating 300 grams of carbs per day while dieting for a contest, cut back to 150grams of carbs during depletion. A woman dieting on 140g of carbs can easily deplete in two days by consuming only 70g of carbs each day.</p>
<p><strong>Train with high reps on depletion days</strong><br />
High-rep, low-weight training ensures a loss of muscle-glycogen stores without any loss of muscle. Pick two exercises per body-part and do 3 sets of 15-20 reps.</p>
<p><strong>Maintain levels of fat and protein intake</strong><br />
Many bodybuilders increase the number of calories coming from fat and protein sources during the depletion phase. This is a mistake because the body can make sugar from protein, and can use dietary fat for fuel instead od depleting its muscles of glycogen.</p>
<p><strong>Increase carbs by 50% during the loading phase</strong><br />
In the depletion phase, cut carbs by 50%(see the fourth suggestion); in the loading phase, eat 50% more carbs than you did during your precontest diet. Think of it this way: if you eat 300g of carbs during your precontest diet, and you deplete by consuming only 150g of carbs per day, then you  should load by consuming 450g of carbs per day. A woman whose precontest carb count is 140g per day should deplete on 70g and load on 210g.</p>
<p><strong>Donâ€™t train on loading days</strong><br />
The reason for this edict is quit simple: Training calls upon muscle glycogen for fuel, which will leave muscles looking flat.</p>
<p><strong>Opt for high glycemic-index carbs on loading day one</strong><br />
Glycogen-starved muscles stimulate the glycogen-producing machinery in muscles. On the first loading day, take advantage of this situation by eating carbs that are simple in nature, easy to digest and high on the glycemic index. Examples of recommended carbs include Cream of Rice cereal, white rice, mashed potatoes and sodium-free white bread. Half of your daily carbs should come from these sources. On the other days of loading,  you should go with complex carbs(yams; potatoes; long-grain, brown and wild rice), or whatever carbs you relied on during your precontest diet.</p>
<p><strong>Reduce water intake during loading</strong><br />
If you follow the tips to the letter, you will lose water under the skin, because loading carbs into glycogen-deprived muscles require water. Cutting back on the water you consume during carb loading will lead to a fuller and tighter appearance. Reduce your intake of water by 50% on the days you load carbs.

<p>I just want to give you a quick break down of what the lifestyle of a Bodybuilder actually is.  Anyone who googles ways to find out how to get huge and take this product or that product, workout this way add this to your day.  Its all complete Garbage. </p>
<p>What you need to do to get the real ripped huge physique, is to one be in the gym 3x a day, eating 6 to 9 meals a day, taking in Growth Hormone and Anabolic <a href="http://gbnstore.net/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >Steroids</a>.  This is it. </p>
<p>When the typical person goes to the gym trying to get into shape, you go in there for 45 minutes to 90 minutes doing one body part, maybe some cardio and that is your day.  You may get 8hrs of sleep a night and you may eat sort of healthy.</p>
<p>A Bodybuilder typically spends around 50,000$ a year on Anabolic Steroids alone, so your 500mg to 1000mg cycles probley are not on key to there 2500mg cycles or more.   When a Bodybuilder starts there day they are up at 5am, They have a meal that is roughly around 800 calories and atleast 50 to 100 grams of protein. Then they are off to the gym for 2hrs, working there back pushing as far as they can go.  They return back to there home, in which they will take in 2 to 3 more meals over the next few hrs, and return back to the gym, to work on there back yet again, the same routine.  Return home rest and eat another few meals, and return to the gym to do atleast 1 hr of cardio.   They then again go home take in another meal, go to bed by 8 or 9pm wake up at 2am to drink a protein shake and a meal and go back to bed to do it all over again the very next day.  This is not including steroids, the steroids are run year round, so off time is low and the cycle will last 20 or more weeks.</p>
<p>Take this into consideration when you are back in the gym thinking you are doing everything you can but are not acheiveing results, because you probley are not.  Eating and Training are the most important parts of your day.  Yes you can over train but you are not going to over train your body working the same muscle out 2x a day naturally, you work your legs all day everyday walking around there not going to get smaller if you gain weight and you are carrying more weight around, your legs are going to get bigger to adjustt to beable to carry that weight around.   Workout and Eat, sleep and you will get the great reaults that you want.
