Just a quick headsup.

I just want to give you a quick break down of what the lifestyle of a Bodybuilder actually is. Anyone who googles ways to find out how to get huge and take this product or that product, workout this way add this to your day. Its all complete Garbage.

What you need to do to get the real ripped huge physique, is to one be in the gym 3x a day, eating 6 to 9 meals a day, taking in Growth Hormone and Anabolic <a href="http://gbnstore.net/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >Steroids. This is it.

When the typical person goes to the gym trying to get into shape, you go in there for 45 minutes to 90 minutes doing one body part, maybe some cardio and that is your day. You may get 8hrs of sleep a night and you may eat sort of healthy.

A Bodybuilder typically spends around 50,000$ a year on Anabolic Steroids alone, so your 500mg to 1000mg cycles probley are not on key to there 2500mg cycles or more. When a Bodybuilder starts there day they are up at 5am, They have a meal that is roughly around 800 calories and atleast 50 to 100 grams of protein. Then they are off to the gym for 2hrs, working there back pushing as far as they can go. They return back to there home, in which they will take in 2 to 3 more meals over the next few hrs, and return back to the gym, to work on there back yet again, the same routine. Return home rest and eat another few meals, and return to the gym to do atleast 1 hr of cardio. They then again go home take in another meal, go to bed by 8 or 9pm wake up at 2am to drink a protein shake and a meal and go back to bed to do it all over again the very next day. This is not including steroids, the steroids are run year round, so off time is low and the cycle will last 20 or more weeks.

Take this into consideration when you are back in the gym thinking you are doing everything you can but are not acheiveing results, because you probley are not. Eating and Training are the most important parts of your day. Yes you can over train but you are not going to over train your body working the same muscle out 2x a day naturally, you work your legs all day everyday walking around there not going to get smaller if you gain weight and you are carrying more weight around, your legs are going to get bigger to adjustt to beable to carry that weight around. Workout and Eat, sleep and you will get the great reaults that you want.

How does one make it into bodybuilding. Where can you start and how can you live like a bodybuilder. Training 365 days a year and following strict diets and taking plenty of supplements. Find out what it is to live the life style you want. The tanning, the Lifting, Eating and Resting.

What does it to take to start becoming a bodybuilder. Well when you once start working out and you notice you are way behind alot of guys at the gym. Things trigger you to find out more to become better for yourself. Everyone has there ideal. So go after the body type that you want and set that as your goal.

When you are ready around 16 years old is the perfect age to start, you do not need <a href="http://gbnstore.net/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >steroids untill you are in your late 20s. Your body already has so much testosterone in it when you are young that the truth is you just have to train right and eat.

Once you get the Training part set, you will have a scheduale, it should be a seperate muscle everyday day. Legs on monday, arms on tuesday, back on wednesday and so on. But also do you no that your abs can be worked out everyday 6 days a week is perfect with 1 day of rest.

Eating is the most important part. You should learn good foods from the bad for example, chicken, protein powder, eggs, lobster, fish steak anything high in protein is great for you. Depending on your body weight you will have to figure out how much you need to eat to gaina and loose weight. Visit www.hypermuscles.com they have tools there for you to use to figure all this out and a huge team of experts just waiting to help you.

Sleeping and rest is the next important part. 8 hrs a night is perfect for helping your body repair, but more is even better, you grow when you eat and sleep. When you rest thats when you are on your way.

After you have these under control, add in supplements, protein shakes and amino acids are perfect. When you get to be over 25 you will add in steroids. www.gbnstore.net they are best.

Taking his place on stage along side 10 men who have also won the Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler must have felt something special in the air. The evening began with a collection of greats who have triumphed in the contest since its inception in 1965 (minus Arnold Schwarzeneggar, who was unable to attend but recorded a speech) and took their place around The Master Blaster himself, Joe Weider.

The announcement of his name at the end of the show was still nearly three hours away, but Cutler appeared cool and confident each time he came under the bright lights. He certainly had a few things to worry about, especially from someone so close to him.

“Phil Heath is my best friend in bodybuilding,” said Cutler, “and he’s starting to catch up to me.”

The man known as The Gift sure is and took the runner-up spot behind his confidant and mentor. Branch Warren, who finished second last year, placed third. Dexter Jackson may have seen his best days already, but The Blade proved that he has plenty left in the tank, placing fourth.

The next two were very interesting. Dennis Wolf completed a shocking comeback by finishing fifth after not even placing in 2009. A beaming Wolf said upon his exit from the arena, “It was good for me.” And Ronny Rockell, who has been coming closer and closer each time, joined the top six for the first time. Kai Greene was lucky to take seventh with his roundness and Victor Martinez – who was in danger of dropping out of the top 10 after pre-judging – came in harder at the Finals and placed eighth. Both were unpopular decisions with the crowd, but were the right ones, nonetheless. Rounding out the top 10 were Toney Freeman and Hidetada Yamagishi.

In the 202 Showdown, Kevin English and David Henry took their rivalry to a new level. Henry appeared to have better definition but English had him in size. These two men just do not like each another and displayed as much on the side of the stage by not even acknowledging the other as they stood side-by-side waiting for the official announcement. It was apparent by his reaction that Henry was greatly disappointed. Eduardo Correa finished in third, Jose Raymond fourth, Jason Arntz fifth and Jaroslav Horvath sixth.

In the Figure Olympia, Nicole Wilkins Lee was unable to repeat as champion and Erin Stern took home the crown.

2010 Mr. Olympia Results

By Bill Grant

The 2010 NPC Bill Grant Bodybuilding & Figure Classic was a phenomenal show in the great tradition of old Muscle Beach contests. In the scenic confines of Cedar Beach Park, the Allentown Sportsfest bodybuilders and figure athletes did battle in the hot and humid weather. Enthusiastic spectators of all ages cheered them on. The stage was full of well-conditioned physiques and physical beauty. Bill Grant is to be commended for providing a flash to the past with his outdoor show.

The show opened with Jaquetta Perry singing the National Anthem accompanied by her communication signer Raven Griffan. Jaquetta is a rising star in the world of children’s and inspirational music. She is a Speech-Language Specialist for over 10 years, consultant, speaker and vocalist. Her new CD entitled “It’s Time to Communicate” is filled with fun songs, positive affirmations and relaxation techniques produced by Darrin Whittington, nationally known as the “The Piano man.”

Our special guest appearances provided by Scott Epstein of PMS, Publicity Management Services, made their way on stage to cheer the crowd on and show their support for all the competitors getting ready to compete on stage.

Rob Terry, known as “The FREAK”, TNA Global Champion & 5X Mr. Wales, currently wrestles all over the world and is featured multiple times weekly on Spike TV as well as Pay per view.

April Hunter, National Level Figure Competitor, fitness model and former WCW Diva & wrestler
Ryan Shamrock, former WWE/WCW/TNA Diva & wrestler, Ryan is in incredible shape and competing in an NPC figure contest the following week.

Jamie “FURY” Reed-Kovac, NBC American Gladiator Fury, worked with Hulk Hogan as a Gladiator, she competed in NPC bodybuilding and figure competitions in the past, doing her first “Strongman” shortly, and has developed into a 160 pound lean mean machine.

JD Maverick (Jordan Danyluk), Pro wrestler, bodybuilder, actor and fitness model

Legendary bodybuilder, Mr. America/ Mr. World Bill Grant organized and promoted the Bodybuilding & Figure event along with Eva Sot of Bill Grant Nutrition. Bill’s long-time friend Leon Brown, whose famous back shot is seen in the middle pages of Pumping Iron, showed his support by returning to the Classic once again and presented awards to the competitors.

Jaquetta Perry returned to the stage along with her Kid Dancers to perform songs from her musical library. The crowd was enthusiastic and pumped up from the beginning to the end of Jaquetta’s show.

Italian IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, Alessandro Savi came out to show his support and presented awards to the competitors.

Each competitor received a goodie bag from Gaspari Nutrition, Labrada Nutrition and Egg Whties International with an official Bodybuilding.com t-shirt. The overall winners received a Niels Andersen Sculpture, Bill Grant’s Old School Training DVD and Sports Supplements.

Overall Winners:
Women’s Figure Overall Winner Jill Mock, Ellicott City MD
Men’s Novice Overall Winner Akim William, Brooklyn NY
Men’s Open Overall Winner Terrance Hawkins, Philadelphia PA

Media Coverage:
Local news outlets, Service Electric & TV2Sports covered the event including a preview broadcast and in depth coverage of the excitement of the day. The Bill Grant Classic provided athletes and sponsors with maximum publicity and exposure through national media coverage by magazines IronMan, FLEX, MuscleMag, along with Heavy Muscle Radio with Dave Palumbo and Bodybuilding.com.

Highlights:
This year’s show drew more competitors from PA, NJ, NY and MD. Our DJ, Bobby Siegfried, kept the crowd pumped up and enthusiastic throughout the day and drew spectators from other events in the park. It was standing room only. At the end of the show Bill Grant must have had a flash back to the past as he started pose down with the overall winner Terrance Hawkins. Just when you thought it could get no crazier Alessandro Savi and all of the PMS Superstars joined in to pose down.

Special Thanks:
Bill Grant would like to thank the following individuals and organizations for their support. We could not have done this without them.
