<description><![CDATA[Showing you how to stay away from scammers is easy. But also finding legit steroids from real pharmacys is what oyu are looking for. Underground steroids are dangerous and can carry metals, and other dangerous materials that may cause infections. ]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is not hard to find legit suppliers of <a href="http://www.gbnstore.com/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >steroids</a>, but when on the internet it is hard to make sure that your product is all legit steroids and that you are getting safe, clean products.  We all want that muscle, and to take care of are bodies.  Part of taking care of your self and building a healthy life style is making sure you are not putting somthing in you that could potentially hurt you.</p>
<p>To avoid these problems you should look threw old articles on here, you will find a source like gbn store. If you are buying products from gbn store, they are so professional that you can take the link to this website, go to the geneza website and enter there name into the tracking system, it comes back that they are a legit supplier.  If you feel you like another source you can do the same, and if the source is not in the list of suppliers, you can ask for the numbers on your steroid vials.  These numbers are a code that geneza has stamped on the vials so that they can not be faked or copied.  You can enter this number in at the geneza website and it should come back as verified. If it does not then you have an unsafe product and i would throw it away.</p>
<p>Follow this link to track down if your products are real.  Here you can check out Geneza products from there official website, read all about there lab and even check your product authenticity.  Not only that the source you buy you steroids from are listed on the official webstie, you can type the website in here aswell, to make sure they are legit. <a href="http://genezapharmaceuticals.com/">http://genezapharmaceuticals.com/</a></p>
<p>Doing this will help you stay away from loosing your money, and most importantly keeping your body safe from any disease and or infection.</p>

<p>If you are working out, your body weight / fat percentage will for a person 6 feet tall weighing in about 245lbs will be at about 23% body fat.  Comes the day of the competition you will want to be around 5% body fat.  If you are heavier or lighter, adjust this to your size as food is very scientific part of bodybuilding.  Very Important to follow a strict diet.</p>
<p>Diet will consist of 6 meals, along with a gallon of water everyday. Eating about every 3 hours.</p>
<p>On the days you dont train, your 6th meal will be just 2 scoops of protein powder shake.</p>
<p>Meal 1 &#8211; 4oz Red Meat, 6 egg whites, 1 cup measured dry oatmeal.</p>
<p>Meal 2-9oz of Haddock, 2 cups cooked white rice,</p>
<p>Meal 3- 2 scoops isopure, 2 scoops waxy maize, 2 scoops BCAA powder, 2 scoops creatine, glutamine</p>
<p>Meal 4- 7oz Chicken breast, 1 1/2 cups white rice</p>
<p>Meal 5- 7 oz Chicken breast  ,8oz Yam</p>
<p>Meal 6- 8oz lean Red Mead, 4oz Steammed Brocoli</p>
<p>This is perfect for your workout diet, in competition or not, this is the way of eating to get a great body.  Nothing listed is bad for you and nothing will make you gain weight, you will be feeding your muscle, and speeding your metabolism up all day.  Other diets like this can be found at <a href="http://www.hypermuscles.com">www.hypermuscles.com</a></p>
<p>If using a <a href="http://www.gbnstore.com/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >steroid</a>, you will acheive even more in results this is with out a doudt a great way to get into shape.  If you are heavy then cut the food in half, it will help burn fat, if you weigh less add an ounce or 2 to each serving.  You can use it as a bulk aswell.  THIS DIET IS SPECIFICALLY TO LEAN YOU OUT.  <a href="http://www.hypermuscles.com">www.hypermuscles.com</a> can give you more info on your bulk diet, cut diet, lean mass diets anything else you want for your specific needs.

<description><![CDATA[Most all supplements are WORTHLESS. Read a quick article inside so i can tell you why. ]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-3047" src="http://www.musclesprod.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/Cholesterol-Lowering-Supplements.gif" alt="Cholesterol Lowering Supplements Supplements. " width="210" height="158" title="Supplements. " />Taking supplements is good for ones body.  But what is it exactly you are taking. What is your diet like, do you need them, extra just go to waste.    When you get to a certain point, <a href="http://www.gbnstore.com/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >steroids</a> are the answer and not supplements, and no matter what you beleive if you take steroids, supplements dont even compare at ALL.</p>
<p>There is really only 2 times i can really pin point where supplements should be taken.   When you are coming off a steroid cycle and are in PCT.</p>
<p>OR</p>
<p>Two you are on a low calorie strict diet, where your body is not getting the nutrients from food that it needs.</p>
<p>A short list of 3 supplements should be checked out.   Multi Vitamin, protein powder only isolate, and Amino Acids.</p>
<p>Any other product is really a waiste of time.  FishOilds are great for your body but you can get them from foods, and really your body does not need it.   Do you no that at each sitting every 3hrs your body only can really take in 30-50mg of protein, and the rest will just turn to fat.  Same thing with vitamins and all the other supplements to much of some things is not a good thing.  You may have all the vitamin B you need, so why are you spending money on Vitamin B pills.</p>
<p>I will actually state that i do feel that Creatine gets brough up alot and for PCT.  The reason why so many people bulk up on creatine is that it bloats your muscle with water.  END OF STORY.   So in the end you really aint helping yourself or your liver with creatine when coming off steroids.  Steroid will mostly put excess water on your body, along with all the muscle you earned, when you get off the cycle you loose this water weight and you shrink a little bit, so when you take creatine your just replacing the water lost from the steroids and there really not doing anything for you at all.  SUPPLEMENTS are a waiste.</p>
<p>Steroids need no help, unless its help from another steroids.  For example Test and dball, TEST E kicks in 4 weeks after the injections strong, so what you do is take the dball pills for the first 4 weeks of the cycle so that you are constantly gaining and getting bigger instead of waiting.

<description><![CDATA[What is creatine and the purpose. Formed in protein metabolism and present in much living tissue. It is involved in the supply of energy for muscular contraction. Creatine brings water and nutrients to your muscles, to help preserve muscle gains. ]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-5554" src="http://www.musclesprod.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/creatine1.jpg" alt="creatine1 Creatine. Steroids and PCT. Should i add creatine or not." width="275" height="295" title="Creatine. Steroids and PCT. Should i add creatine or not." />Creatine is used by many because of the simple fact that creatine helps to bring more nurtients to your muscle.  It is a amino acid that is found in your body.  When one takes creatine it is said that it will help to stop the build up of lactic acid.  Lactic acid is a muscle waisting problem in your body, when this builds up they say after 45 minutes in the gym, it begins to eat away at your muscle.  This is a problem for many peopel looking to gain mass.    After many problems with the product it was not banned, it is actually favored among many because it has <a href="http://www.gbnstore.com/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >steroid</a> like qualitys.  </p>
<p>The problem with Creatine is that it can cause kidney and liver problems.  Many steroid users wonder if they should add this to there diet and steroid cycles.  But also if they should use it while one is on PCT.  The Post cycle treatments, you take after you take steroids to stop from loosing muscle. </p>
<p>When you take steroids your body is already under enough stress.  Your liver and kidneys already are working harder for you, because you are using liver toxic drugs.  If creatine causes liver and kidney problems why would you think of causing your body more stress, if you are not growing on just steroids then there is a problem with your diet or workout routine, creatine is not the answer. </p>
<p>PCT.  Should you add it to your pct.  I am going to say no.  This is because your body is going back to its natural state and again it has already been under stress enough from the cycle.  Adding in the creatine is just going to cause you problems and if this happens then what are you going to do, you dont no what caused you these side effects.  </p>
<p>Creatine side effects alone with out steroids - </p>
<ul>
<li>Stomach cramps</li>
<li>Nausea</li>
<li>Diarrhea</li>
<li>Loss of appetite</li>
<li>Muscle cramps</li>
<li>Weight gain</li>
</ul>
<p>Does this look like somthing you want to chance when finishing up a great cycle.  Of course not, take your time there is no need for creatine what so ever, its not going to help you keep muscle, its just going to keep the WATER weight from the steroids on you and either way you will end up loosing the water weight eventually.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft" src="http://lh4.googleusercontent.com/public/gx_9kHRRxbrmABQxqpHIowdilMPKmgxvUyDROOTU4E0ZE_ofiSzhu7b0jIRUHgJpp4MjDi4eTzFdh2iUwNsGodjODCQvqxgatRnhTxoSxT1zdu787t6J2fFVgMUlo5stFEM8bLCCjSL5xeQHojeYOi9F1U-Rnm8rkmQFZJwof9mEEUNrYDcuqd8ry1-ar8wBQYk" alt=" Dont buy Whey Protein Powder. Unless...." width="220" height="220" title="Dont buy Whey Protein Powder. Unless...." />So the more i pay attention to what im taking into my body the more i noticed how much money i was waisting away on Supplements.  We all no being in the game and using any <a href="http://www.gbnstore.com/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >Steroid</a> we tend to use supplements aswell to make the best out of ourselfs.  In the past we have learned that many companys, sell alot of shit supplements and anything that really works the FDA enjoys taking these products out of the stores.  </p>
<p>When i started to look at protein powders i noticed 2 things.  Whey Protein.  Unless the word Whey Isolate Protein is what you are buying then what you are taking in is just Whey Protein, and this is where you are wasiteing money away.  Let me explain.   Whey isolate gives your body pure protein 28g per scoop exact and this is great.  Whey Protein alone 1 scoop is 28g of protein, actually this is false.  Whey protein has alot of sugar in it because it is a concentrate product, meaning you might get half of the protein i per scoop if that.  See the more you pay the better product you get, just make sure you read.  This has helped my diet tremendously, i feel a whole lot better and hold less fat on my body now.</p>
<p>When choosing your supplements make sure you choose the correct ones. Just like when you choose to buy anabolic steroids you choose the best source <a href="http://www.gbnstore.net">www.gbnstore.net</a> and also for information <a href="http://www.hypermuscles.com">www.hypermuscles.com</a>

<description><![CDATA[It's a two-step process: Amino acids get together and form peptides or polypeptides. It is from these groupings that proteins are made. And there's not just one kind of amino acid.]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-2462" src="http://www.musclesprod.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/arginine-amino-acid-300x198.jpg" alt="arginine amino acid 300x198 Amino Acids. Important ?" width="300" height="198" title="Amino Acids. Important ?" />One of the most important supplement&#8217;s that you should add to your diet and training regimen would be Amino Acids.   Protein shakes are great, but adding Amino Acids in threwout the day will help with repairing and building your muscles 24/7.</p>
<p>Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein.  20 diffrent kinda of amino acids chain together in which the form Protein.  Remember a Anabolic <a href="http://www.gbnstore.com/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >Steroid</a>, helps speed up recovery and muscle growth because they increase muscle protein synthesis.  </p>
<p>One of the best known Amino Acids is Tryptophan.  Tryptophan is one of the best because of a few main factors.  In Bodybuilding  Working out, getting the essential nutrients from your food into you body and Rest.  Tryptophan will help your body to sleep, will reduce axiety and depression, this is great for PCT for those who have it rougher then others, and also  helps build your immune system.   </p>
<p>Amino acids make up 75% of you body.   So you can see how important they are to take with your diet to get you the best results out of your workouts. It is so important to get in atleast 10 diffrent amino acids a day, having a hard time doing so can result in protein degradation.</p>
<p>As you can see, adding a Amino Acid supplement to your diet, is just as important as downing those Protein Shakes.  You can find these at your local GNC.   Or you can visit <a href="http://www.Hypermuscles.com">www.Hypermuscles.com</a>  Here you can find out more information on Amino Acids and other supplement, from the board owners or members 24/7.

<description><![CDATA[one thing that bodybuilders must consider is how and where to spend their supplement dollars. It is an economic reality that not everyone has $100 to blow on a 2lb can of "cutting edge" protein, $60 to afford the latest thermogenic, or $40 for the latest and "greatest" box of protein bars.

" width="300" height="150" title="What Supplements in your diet are a must. " /></p>
<p>Almost everyone is familiar with the scams and fads &#8220;out there.&#8221; We all know about the apple cider vinegar&#8217;s, the shark cartilages, and the latest witch doctor brews. Unfortunately for those new to the bodybuilding lifestyle, what is less well known are tried, true methods of exercise, and tried, true and TRUSTED supplements and supplement companies.</p>
<p>When constructing a supplement program one should first give attention to the careful selection of a multi-vitamin. First and foremost consideration must be given to any potential allergies that you may have. Failure to select the correct multi-vitamin may result in an allergic reaction to the vitamins ingredients. In my particular situation, I have an allergy to the element nickel (Ni), as did my father before me. I have experienced allergic reaction to a multi-vitamin resulting from its nickel content.  As a result, I experienced diarrhea, gastro-intestinal upset, and dull aching in my kidneys. Upon discontinuation of the vitamins, the symptoms dissipated. Given that no other alterations were made to my supplement or diet program, the multi-vitamin used is likely to have been the cause. Therefore, to avoid this unpleasant experience, it is suggested that one makes a note of any potential allergies that may exist, and carefully examine the ingredients on a multi-vitamin prior to purchase.  Further, any other pre-existing medical conditions that one may have should be kept in mind while considering a multi-vitamin. For example, in the case of prostatitis [prostate enlargement that is interfering with the ability to pass urine], a multi-vitamin with a high zinc content [15mg or greater] is best avoided. Time-release versus non-time release is also something that one should consider. Time-released multi-vitamins are usually more expensive but provide considerable advantage as minerals and vitamins are released at a slower, but more steady rate. This allows for better retention, and an overall better value. There is little sense in spending money on a product, only to rid yourself of the vitamins as your urinate.  Men and women require different dosages of minerals and vitamins. Resist the urge to think, &#8220;more is better.&#8221; It is not; precise is best when dealing with multi-vitamins.</p>
<p> Glutamine is a standard issue for anyone considering a supplement purchase. In fact, Glutamine is so important and plays so many roles in the body if it&#8217;s a choice between Glutamine and the latest Whey supplement, Glutamine would be first choice. Hard training athletes need glutamine because the body is unable to make enough of it on its own when subject to intense and heavy training. BCAA&#8217;s [branch chain amino acids] are precursors to glutamine, but without an external supply of glutamine to satisfy the body&#8217;s needs, gains will be minimized.  When one is under stress [when working out, for example] glutamine is released from the muscles, and this can result in dehydration. Dehydration, as many will know from research, leads to a catabolic state. High glutamine levels in the body will allow for greater protein synthesis and increased hydration, which will result in increases of lean tissue.  Also, glutamine stimulates the pituitary gland in the brain; thereby increase available levels of Growth Hormone. A neurotransmitter known as Gamma Amino Butyric Acid [GABA] is also boosted, and this helps in recovery and relaxation.  When considering a purchase of glutamine one should pay careful attention to the wording. Does the package say &#8220;free form&#8221; or &#8220;peptide bonded&#8221;? These are two important but very different phrases. Peptide-bonded glutamine is more stable than its free free-form counterpart. It is also more expensive. Peptide-bonded may be taken with food while free form is best taken on an empty stomach.  Obtaining enough protein in the diet alone is often difficult. Theoretically it is possible. However, by relying exclusively on whole-food sources to obtain ones complete daily protein requirements, one risks the digestion of incomplete proteins, as well as placing undue stress upon the digestive tract. Therefore, to circumvent the previously mentioned difficulties, a protein powder is useful. When selecting a Whey protein product, careful attention should be given to the type of Whey protein contained in the can. Things to consider are: Yield, Functionality, Amino Acid Profile (BCAA &#8211; EAA ratio), WPI:WPC Ratio, Filler Percentage, Taste, Ease of use, Blendability, Digestibility, Functionality and results.</p>
<p>Creatine is an excellent supplement that when used as part of a strength program can produce great gains in lean muscle tissue for the user. When considering a Creatine product, purity should be of primary consideration. Contrary to popular propaganda, one does not need to have 75gm of dextrose in order for Creatine to be effective. Creatine monohydrate is best taken, in my experience, with the following substances in a post-workout shake:</p>
<p>5gm Glutamine. 10gm Creatine monohydrate, 50gm Dextrose, 40-60gm Whey protein</p>
<p> Dextrose is beneficial when taken with Creatine, as it illicits an insulin spike, thereby shuttling more creatine into the intended target: the muscle. However, reducing the amount of dextrose, and introducing Whey protein into the mix may elicit a greater insulin spike. By doing this an insulin spike equivalent to using 90g of dextrose may be seen. Creatine is fairly cheap, and over the years its quality has improved considerably. Long gone are the days of Chinese creatine. Creatine monohydrate in the powder form is the recommended type, as attempts at stabilizing liquid creatine serums have not been met with success.</p>
<p> ZMA is a supplement that may be considered a &#8220;basic&#8221; by some or an &#8220;accessory&#8221; by others. It is included here as a basic because it assists greatly in recovery and prevents muscle wasting resulting from a calorie-reduced diet. ZMA is a supplement that boosts natural testosterone levels to their maximum. It does this by employing a unique synergistic combination of three minerals [Zinc, Magnesium, Aspartate]. I include ZMA in my supplement regimen, and find is useful especially when on a fat-loss program.  When on a strength and muscle-building program, ZMA is useful in that due to increase testosterone levels brought about by increased calories and its use, a great increase in strength can be seen. When on a fat-loss program, a thermogenic can greatly increase fat loss. Two popular brands are Hydroxycut and Xenadrine NRG. Having used both, I am in a position where I can recommend one or the other.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Designer Anabolic <a href="http://www.gbnstore.com/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >Steroid</a> Control Act of 2011<br />
<img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-5309" src="http://www.musclesprod.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/designer.jpg" alt="designer Designer Steroid Control Act 2011" width="260" height="172" title="Designer Steroid Control Act 2011" /><br />
The new law is not going to be as in the past, to take a bunch of compounds and add them to the list. They are going after all compounds almost like an analog act, acting as a catch-all for the products they have been wanting to remove all along. The law is to prevent any new designer steroids to come to the market.</p>
<p>The worst part is the “adulterated” or “misbranded drug” charge. If you all do not know what this means…. any product that claims to act like a drug or have any action in the body which would be comparable to a drug, gives the legal groundwork to state the once “dietary supplement” is in actuality a “misbranded drug”. Although the general public, general consumer wants to see the long, concise and scientific write-up for their new shiny product, this same write-up is also serving as a concise detailed account of how this new “drug” acts on the body and they are pushing to criminalize marketing steroidal products based on advertising claims. You can’t say anything about anabolic, androgenic, weight gain, muscle building. You can do it if you are selling a protein but not with these kind of products. This new law is supposed to be coming mid 2011.</p>
<p>Fancy write-ups targeting site-specific actions and effects on the body and the claims about the products being sold are laying the groundwork for building a case against you. You might as well open the door for the feds instead of them knocking it down….you are going down the wrong road with your marketing and advertising for these types of products. Remember last year bodybuilding website and a few other companies got raided, their products weren’t illegal to sell. Bodybuilding websites didn’t get charged but they sure pulled every hormonal compound down from their site quick. A few other companies were forced to take a plea and at least one company was charged with selling a misbranded and adulterated drug; again even though the compounds were legal to sell at the time.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<b>Protein Shakes </b>
Information about different kind of proteins and how each works.]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-4827" title="protein_shake" src="http://www.musclesprod.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/protein_shake.jpg" alt="protein shake Protein Shakes" width="238" height="258" /><strong>Protein Shakes &#8211; </strong><em>&#8220;A protein shake is a preparation which is intended to provide nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids or amino acids that are missing or not consumed in adequate amounts in a person’s daily diet.&#8221;</em></p>
<p>However there are people who trains and not use <strong>protein shakes</strong> almost each one of them knows about <strong>protein shakes </strong>however not everyone knows what kind of <strong>protein shakes</strong> exists.</p>
<p>There are 3 kind of proteins, <strong>casein, whey </strong>and <strong>soy.</strong> Each of them works different thus has time when its best to consume it.</p>
<p><strong>Whey</strong> and <strong>Soy Proteins</strong> are fast digesting and are best to use immediately after training or in the morning.</p>
<p><strong>Casein Protein</strong> is slow digesting protein and prevents muscle from breakdown for a longer period of time so best time to use it is before bed to have a continous protein synthesis during night and to avoid muscle breakdown.</p>
<p>It is worth mentioning that there are many companies that makes <strong>protein shakes </strong>which actually are a stack of 2 or 3 types of proteins. These are very good solutions too and have place in bodybuilders diet.</p>
<p>You can discuss about this subject more in the <a title="<a href="http://www.hypermuscles.com/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="bodybuilding forum" >bodybuilding forum</a>&#8221; href=&#8221;http://www.hypermuscles.com&#8221; target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;>forum.</a></p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-4490" title="vitamin-d" src="http://www.musclesprod.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/vitamin-d.gif" alt="vitamin d Know the Importance of Taking Enough Magnesium with Your Vitamin D" width="284" height="262" />(NaturalNews) As more people begin to realize the amazing health benefits that Vitamin D has to offer, more people are naturally beginning to get more vitamin D, either through supplements or sunshine. The downside of this increased intake, however, is that more people are having adverse reactions from Vitamin D. What most people are not aware of, though, is that most of these so-called &#8216;Vitamin D Side Effects&#8217; are not problems with taking the vitamin itself, but are actually problems with not getting enough magnesium.</p>
<p>Vitamin D, just like all other nutrients, works in harmony with several other nutrients to perform its many functions. Most importantly, vitamin D requires and &#8216;uses up&#8217; magnesium to convert from supplements or sun into its active form in the blood. As such, it is a big mistake to simply take large doses of Vitamin D without taking the need for magnesium into consideration. Yet this is exactly what is happening in most cases and it is causing a lot of people to have problems that they believe are due to side effects of Vitamin D- or even worse they believe they are experiencing an overdose. Such a huge number of people have subtle magnesium deficiency that some researchers and doctors are calling magnesium deficiency an epidemic, and anyone with even a mild or &#8216;subclinical&#8217; magnesium deficiency will have this deficiency amplified when Vitamin D is taken. This is creating some uncomfortable &#8216;Side Effects of Vitamin D&#8217; that are actually symptoms of an induced magnesium deficiency! Some of the magnesium deficiency symptoms being attributed to Vitamin D are:</p>
<p><em>Headaches<br />
Insomnia<br />
Jitteriness<br />
Muscle Cramps<br />
Anxiety<br />
Heart Palpitations<br />
Constipation</em></p>
<p>While there are always going to be those who simply can&#8217;t tolerate taking Vitamin D supplements for one reason or another, the good news is that the vast majority of these problems can be prevented and even reversed by getting clinically significant amounts of magnesium &#8211; while you are getting your Vitamin D from pills or from the sun.</p>
<p><strong>Vitamin D Absorption Problems</strong></p>
<p>Conversely, it&#8217;s also true that taking Vitamin D may not raise blood levels in those who are magnesium deficient. In many cases, both the Vitamin D deficient person and their doctor believe that they are having &#8216;absorption&#8217; problems. This lack of knowledge about the need for magnesium ends up causing serious issues such as:</p>
<p>1) A lot of fear being generated that an underlying serious medical problem exists<br />
2)Unnecessarily high dosages of Vitamin D that further worsen the magnesium deficiency<br />
3)Thousands, and sometimes tens of thousands of dollars, being spent on unnecessary medical testing to find the &#8216;absorption&#8217; problem<br />
4)The underlying magnesium deficiency not being found because testing for magnesium levels is not useful in determining need for the nutrient</p>
<p>This leaves many people still low in Vitamin D and believing that they are toxic or allergic to Vitamin D. This belief is being encouraged by practitioners and websites that are unaware of this intimate connection between these two nutrients and who don&#8217;t have a solution for those who are suffering. Unlike drugs, nutrients are interconnected with one another and rarely does someone have only One nutrient deficiency completely in isolation. But as Vitamin D testing is becoming more common, people are being treated with large and sometimes massive doses of Vitamin D without taking into consideration their need for other nutrients. In particular, the need for sufficient magnesium is critical to avoid some of the uncomfortable problems that are often falsely attributed to being Vitamin D side effects or overdoses.</p>
