<p>Consistency is they key to success not only in bodybuilding but in all spheres of life. Do you want to succeed in bodybuilding? You want to be better? It&#8217;s all about consistency, training, eating,resting then repeat it again. Without repeating success will not come. Why so many forget about this? Consistency in bodybuilding is as important as hard training,eating and resting. You need to be consistent if you want to achieve your goal. It does not matter what are the circumstances. You need to have you way and move ahead. I must admit there will be hard times but those will never stop a real commited person. Hard times are to make you stronger so look at those as an opportunities to be better. After a years when you will look back you will realise how blessed you were you passed through all this and how much it did for you, now you are bigger and stronger and not only physically but psychologicaly. Good luck and be consistent.

<p>Did you ever think about participating in a bodybuilding contest? What was your decision? Did you think you are not better/bigger enough? Or are you not ready? Or you are just training for yourself? May be you don’t want to stay on a diet? Any reason you would choose I must say that you are already competing. Yes, you’ve read it correct, you are already competing and that is the most important contest for you. Why will you ask? Because, first contestant is you.</p>
<p>You are competing with that person you were before you went to the gym. You have to compete daily with laziness, with desire to eat more pizza’s, with desire to eat at McDonald’s instead of preparing some good food and the list goes on, it may be any other thing which stops you from obtaining that beautiful body and having a healthy life-style. And no one can “fight” with these barriers except you.</p>

<p>Arnold Schwarzenegger and Silvester Stallone who dont know them? Stupid question may say some of you and will be right. Even there are people who did not hear about Arnie or Silvester majority knows who they are, especially we who are body-builders. Many of us grew with their movies and dreamed to be one day like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Silvester Stalonne. They were and still are our stars or examples in some spheres.</p>
<p>Arnold Schwarzenegger and Silvester Stalonne are good friends for long time and this is because people with similar principles are attracted by each other. The law of attraction still works.<br />
What I want to underline is that both Arnold and Silvester were born in poor families and had not so easy childhood but both achieved high altitudes as actors, businessman and one even became Governor in the country where he was not born and that is not so easy even for persons who were born in USA.</p>
<p>What do you think is the reason why these men became so successful? Well there is no magic pill but its a set of principles which can be applied by each of us.</p>
<p><strong>1.Don&#8217;t look around. </strong>Circumstance may be not so encouraging but don&#8217;t look at them, imagine what can you achieve and let current situations be a motivation for you.<br />
<strong><br />
2.Strong desire.</strong> You must have strong desire to get what you want, whether it is to became a champion or get a new car.<br />
<strong><br />
3.Plan.</strong> Make a plan of what you want and follow it.<br />
<strong><br />
4.Consistency.</strong> After plan is made follow no matter what happens. Sure there will be situations when you will need to make small changes or additions to your plan but the main goal must be kept.<br />
<strong><br />
5.Believe in yourself. </strong>Believe that you will achieve what you want and imagine you having already that thing. How will you behave having it?</p>
<p>Look if Arnold and Silvester looked at the circumstances we would never hear about them, instead of everything they got out of the situations they were and moved on, you can do the same. So, what are you waiting for?</p>

<p>Imagine a Saturday evening&#8230;you are watching TV, suddenly clock is showing 17:00 PM and you know that in half an hour you must be in the gym for legs training. You take a look at the clock then turn your head to the windows and what you see there makes you think twice whether go to the gym or not because outside its raining! “And what?” will say some of you however there are others who will say: “Oh, the weather is bad and I will get wet, I have no motivation everything outside is so sadly and more over that last leg workout was very hard and I think I still can feel the pain in my quads, I guess I need more time to recuperate.” Is this familiar to you? I guess yes as such times happens to each of one.<br />
Especially when it comes to bad weather and leg training. What thoughts are necessary to make go and train? If you will not train today think that:<br />
<strong>1. Each missed workout is one step back.</strong> A step back from your goal, a step back from your opponent (in case you compete), a step back from self-discipline, a step back from a better health.</p>
<p><strong>2. Circumstances shall not influence you</strong>. Develop an attitude like “I control circumstances and not vice-versa. So it does not matter what happens if I have training I MUST DO IT.</p>
<p><strong>3. Remember Arnold</strong> who in early days of his career went to the gym on a Sunday and when he saw it is closed he took a stone and broke gym&#8217;s windows.  When police came they saw him training.</p>
<p><strong>4. Another example from Arnold Schwarzenegger&#8217;s life</strong> is when he was young and just started bodybuilding he must go by walk about 8km to the gym and back. His gym was not near his parent&#8217;s house but this did not stopped him from going to the much. Later he bought a bicycle for this purpose. Imagine yourself after a hard leg training and then ride a bike to home 8km. Do you know those guys who train only their biceps or chest? Or triceps and abs? These are those guys with huge arms and underdeveloped calves or quads. This is not good brothers. We as bodybuilders must be well developed everywhere. I mean each muscle and body part.

Bullshit! Bullshit! and again Bullshit!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Do not be friends with such people if they do not want to change their mind. Thy must understand that laziness is what needs to be judged. Do not think that just taking “magic pills” will make you huge and good developed.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">It’s all about training guys, it’s in your mind. Train your mind, be a man be a gentleman and then everything else will come.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Why I associated this with calves training? Because many “bodybuilders” leave their “mind training” as they do with calves. Leave it for other times.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Do not think that just being huge means respect to you. For what respect? Just because you are going to the gym 3-5 times per week and sleep a lot? And that is all? But all these things you are doing for yourself and to be proud of yourself. Do something for people, help them, make them realize their importance. That is to be appreciated.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">When those around you will see what a man is inside you than they will appreaciate bodybuilders too. Other way many think that bodybuilders are just stupid machines. But that is not so. Just remember Stever Reeves, Sergio Oliva and other great man and bodybuilders.</span></span></p>
