Exclusive to MusclesPROD." />This is somthing new to add to this blog.     A friend of mine is running a cycle, Test p and Tren Ace.  The cycle is going to br run for 7 weeks.    Week 1 &#8211; 6 is going to include both Test P and Tren Ace  100mg shots EOD of Test P, and 75mg Injections of Tren Ace.   Week 7 there will be just Test P at 50mg EOD to get off the Test, this is to help the body bring its natural Test back, and also to keep Test levels higher then the Tren.   The pictures will show the results, side effects.  Each week updates of the injection pain, post injection pain and of course the strentgh Gains and all other resutls will be posted.  Measurements included.  Weigh ins.    Everything will be recorded on here for you to read and see.</p>

<p>5 cycles previously ran.  This is the first with Tren and after a long break away from the gym.   So we will beable to see just how well these products really work, and what they can do for you run properly.</p>

" />When taking Anabolic <a href="http://gbnstore.net/"target="_blank" rel="external" title="Steroids Sale" >steroids</a> there are Benefits from running a cycle.  As Steroid users we understand that there are small side effects and we must use these hormones and Respect them.  We are trying to build a better, strong and healthy Body.  If you start to take steroids to much and abuse them then you start to hurt your body.  Nothing is ever worth your health, so respecting and using steroids properly we can cycle a few times a year and stay happy and healthy.</p>
<p>Each year you can cycle 2 to 3 cycles, short or long meaning 6 to 8 weeks or 12 to 15 week  cycles.   If you run a 6 week cycle obviously you could run that cycle maybe even 4 times, after you take atleast 6 weeks off.  Same with the 8 week or 12 to 15 week cycles, if you take that much time on a cycle you need to take that much time off the cycle.   You do this because you allow your body which naturally runs by itself with out adding the steroids in which we do.  So you always have to let your body get back to running natural, and this causes the side effects of steroids to go away, acne, or hairloss.  Most importantly you let your Testosterone get back to normal and it does not get damaged.  When we stop steroids when we are older we do not want to have to rely on steroids to keep you going, so take the time off from steroids and you will be safe.</p>
<p>Bridging.   When you bridge the problem is you never come off steroids. You run a 12 week cycle and then for the next 6 to 8 weeks you are running a oral steroid or a low dose of Testosterone.  Where does your body have to work on its own, this long on steroids and your body now forgets how to produce its own Testosterone, the side effects never get to reside.  We all no oral steroids can cause liver problems, if tylenol can send a person to the hospital for liver damage then so can these steroids.   When you use them in a cycle, you can just run them, get off and your body repairs, but when you bridge your body does not get that chance.</p>
<p>My last reason and you all will probley agree.  A low dose of Anavar or any other steroid is not going to do nothing for you in benefits from bridging, and when you start your fresh 8 week cycle, or which ever you choose you.  Your results wont be as great, because you did not stop steroids.  If you stop and then go back on the effects of the steroids are 5x greater then they would be if you bridged.</p>

<p><strong>Reverse Hack Squats</strong> In past years football players were taught to do this exercise facing into the hack squat machine to better stimulate the legs-wide, low-to-the-ground tackling motion. You will notice right away that you have to put your feet wide, slightly angled out, and all the way at the bottom of the platform to be centered correctly. Once you get going, youâ€™ll see that your top weight on regular hack squats feels like a warm-up here. Whatâ€™s more, youâ€™ll be hitting places like the inner thighs that regular hacks do nothing for. One word of caution: Since your back isnâ€™t supported, be sure to wear a sturdy lifting belt and keep your lower back from rounding. A spotter is also recommended to help you rack the weight from this awkward position. Work up to the bigger weights over a course of weeks, always keeping the lower back tight. Donâ€™t be scared off by all the precautions. This is on kick-ass power move for the legs.</p>
<p><strong>Hamstring Hyperextensions </strong>Many people have trouble with stiff-leg deadlifts and good mornings. For those with previous lower back injuries, suing heavy weights is like skating on thin ice. Relax that lower back for a second, or go too low, and snap! Its all over but the Kleenex for your tears. Fortunately a little twist to hyperextensions makes them a perfect substitute. By simply keeping the lutes tensed, you will shift the workload from the lumbar region to your hamstrings. Best of all, you wont need to add much resistance. Even someone who can use 300 pounds for stiff-leg deadlifts will get a great workout on hamstring hypers holding an 80 or 90 pound dumbbell. If you use this exercise with leg curls, youâ€™ll have a complete hamstring workout with zero risk to your lower back.

Body Builders use this in the final week before a contest to create the appearance of a harder, denser and more impressive physiques.</p>
<p>Depriving your body of carbs and then putting the carbs back is an effective approach for two reasons. First, this procedure redistributes water in your body: Water beneath the surface of the skin is shed to reveal deeper cuts and separations. Second, as a bonus, once you load carbs, your muscles are pumped with glycogen(a sugar that is the principal form in which carbohydrates are stored in tissues) which helps to create a fuller look. Here are a few tips that will help anyone to carb deplete and load for maximum gains.</p>
<p><strong>Burn fat before depleting carbs</strong><br />
The objective of carb depletion/loading is to make your physique look lean and muscular, but do not think that manipulating carbs at the last minute will make up for not burning enough fat in the first place. The depletion and loading approach is a complete waste of time if youâ€™re not lean enough.</p>
<p><strong>Determine depletion time according to size</strong><br />
Larger bodybuilders(over 190 pounds) can store more muscle glycogen than their smaller counterparts. Its no surprise, then, that it takes longer for the big guys to deplete their bodies of stored glycogen. Typically, larger male bodybuilders should deplete carbs for four-days and load for four days; smaller men require three days to deplete and three to load. Most female bodybuilders require only tow days for depleting and two for loading.<br />
Note that, regardless of a persons size, the depleting and loading phases should be of equal duration.</p>
<p><strong>Deplete, but donâ€™t overdo it</strong><br />
Depleting on zero carbs is too sever and can result in a loss of hard-earned muscle mass. A bodybuilder who goes to extremes in carb depletion will often try to recapture lost muscle size by packing in hundreds of grams of carbs. At that point, its too late to minimize your losses.</p>
<p><strong>Cut carbs by 50% during the depletion phase</strong><br />
As you reduce carbs, muscles use up much of their glycogen reserves; your then stuck with flat-looking muscles that are sponge-like. In turn, lowered glycogen levels increase the activity of enzymes that help to form new glycogen when a greater amount of carbs are reintroduced into the body.<br />
The plan of action is as follows: If youâ€™ve been eating 300 grams of carbs per day while dieting for a contest, cut back to 150grams of carbs during depletion. A woman dieting on 140g of carbs can easily deplete in two days by consuming only 70g of carbs each day.</p>
<p><strong>Train with high reps on depletion days</strong><br />

<p>Being nice and polite to anyone and everyone is the first thing you should have in mind.  When joining a gym, you are probley going there to start working on your body and to change your health for the better.  Everyone wants to look better, and be in shape for the beach and clubs.  But working on your self as a person is even more important.  Being a good, strong confident individual.  Having a good attitude in the gym will help other people feel easy to approach you maybe if they need help, or just want to introduce themself to say hi when they walk in, it may not be part of your workout, but being comfortable around everyone makes everything much easier.</p>

<p>Sharing in a gym while you are in between your sets.  You may not have the time, but just offering somone is nice and the obviously are also on a time scheduale.</p>
<p>Treadmills somtimes come limited in gyms, if you see the gym is packed and people are waiting try limiting your workout to a half hour rather then the 45 minutes.</p>
<p>When you are working out try to stay in controll. No one likes the people who are curling and it takes them 15 minutes to do 3 sets because there lifting weights they cant even lift in the first place.  Try to stay quiet aswell.  Dont drop your weights, there is no reason for it. Also quite annoying really. I think people just do it so you look over at them, if you need attention go to a club.   Use the euqipment properly.</p>
<p>Most imporant make sure you clean up after your self, clean and whipe down machines that you workout on.  It is quite nasty going to lay on a a bench and its all swet.  No one enjoys that its gross.
