		<description>It&#039;s good that this message is finally getting through. I have seen this being the case for many years now, for many people HIIT gives not only better results, but also is much more time efficient. After all, who has time to spend 3hours a day doing cardio in their lives?

I certainly don&#039;t. That&#039;s why I choose intervals. I do find it interesting how the top pro&#039;s still do/recommend the &#039;long, slow and steady approach&#039; to cardio. But then their jobs are to exercise, and not much more, so they do have 3 hours a day to do their cardio....</description>
