Everyone talks about detox and some of us think that is complicated. Please dont you can do it easily daily by eating one of these foods to help your body detox.

Also dont forget to go to nature in weekends, breath fresh air and drink more water.

  1. Grapefruit –Just add one of half of it each day to your meal. Simple as that 🙂
  2. Lemon in a glass of Water – Make this you daily routine, start the day with a glass of water with fresh lemon flowing there.
  3. Wild Salmon – make it a rule to eat that 2 times per week at dinner.
  4. Tomatoes – help your body to detox since they are high in antioxidants
  5. Kiwi – help fight constipation and contains vitamin C.
  6. Drink more water – most people dont drink enough and once they start counting they are shocked at how by reacts.
