Just start eating correct and in 2-3 weeks you will already see results in how you feel and energy levels. It is not necessary to start with many changes add a few changes per week and get used to them then add more.

  1. Good article, many people don’t realise that all the time in the gym is wasted if you don’t feed the muscles correctly afterwards. Also many bodybuilders focus so much on protein and carbs they forget to think about micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients etc so always get some fruit and vegetables in the diet.

  2. Yes I agree, it’s a waste of your time if you don’t feed your muscles especially after you workout, and ultimately 4-5 small meals throughout the day with good protein.

  5. Very true!! Your GYM and Your Food that u eat go hand by hand.. therefore too much workout will bring u muscle Damage and Over eating will bring u FAT… If any one is going into body building just remember Its not just sports Its a lifestyle, Its a Art Its a sports…

  7. As the saying goes, abs are made in the kitchen!

    But not only abs, all muscles. Not eating right is a quick way to see NO results, and all the hard work in the gym will be wasted.
